Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Penn's aid is good, but not as good as promised. If you're in the middle class, don't get your hopes up.The deeper into West Philly you go, the better and cheaper the food. You can have an incredible night out in Philly for $15 and some BYO'd Franzia. Very cheap living.

    Course highlights:

The professors are absolutely incredible, and the workload is very manageable. Most in Comm latch on another major or a few minors.Drinking and drug culture is entirely dependent upon involvement in Greek life. If you're not in it, it's relatively easy to have fun whil staying sub free.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The college house experience shifts drastically from year to year. In freshman year, most people live the Quad or Hill, where the environment s super social but living arrangements are tight. In later years, most live in the high rises, which have great amenities.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Overall good food on campus -- the eateries and external restaurants are really great and have a good variety. The on-campus dining halls are just okay, but have great options for kosher foods and also offer veg/vegan options. The late-night place is a local convenience store.

    Course highlights:

Living on campus is great especially as a incoming Freshman, it is close to everything and has almost everything you need. The dorm rooms are big and spacious you get your own bathroom and there is a laundry room on each floor.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

spirit from the student body unless you are directly involved or affiliated with someone on the team. I can think of Penn Relays as being one of the biggest sports events held on campus. The football or basketball teams are both just okay. Athletic facilities are amazing, love our gym.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teachers are helpful and are there when students need help. The students are driven to do there work and help the others around them when they don't get it. Orientation was so fun and everyone I've met is incredible and brilliant.

    Course highlights:

Greek life has a definite presence at my school, but plenty of people do not participate as well. Non-Greeks do not really think differently about Greeks, since everyone here is clearly intelligent and unique or else they would not have gotten in.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The only difficult thing is finding a lot of friends and close friends, especially since I live in a single dorm. The academic quality of this institution is really top-notch, but requires initiative to take full advantage of it.
