Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Facilities are constantly being updated and renovated, and even the older buildings are in pretty good shape and well-maintained. They're also easy to access at pretty much all hours, for the most part, as long as you've got your PennCard.

    Course highlights:

Penn offers a lot of variety, there are many dining halls and smaller shops and cafes across campus. There are also many places on campus like Subway and Starbucks where you can use your dining dollars. Most people I know don't have dining plans after freshman year.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

because the dining plans are very expensive for the amount you actually go to the dining hall. There are awesome, cheap places around campus and a grocery store a block away that most upperclassmen go to instead of dining halls.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

campus is relatively safe, it is an urban city and street smarts are required. there is a blue light campus phone security system and i imagine its even safer now. penn is bordered by west and north philly that are not the safest neighborhoods, however.

    Course highlights:

I never once experienced any crime on campus except for having my bike stolen. so keep your bike's locked up well and even better keep them inside!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

there is a very active greek life on penn's campus. however, i found it to be a pretty dark system that ended up encouraging binge drinking, drug use, eating disorders and was structured like a popularity contest. i was not a fan of the greek system. i was in a sorority and deactivated my first year.
