    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because I was truly a great experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the teaching style which was enjoyable as well as educational. In taking this class I decided I will pursue biology in college. Overall it was a fantastic experience, and I would strongly recommend.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course for me was the unit on evolution. In this unit I was able to learn so much that I was unaware of. I was able to research scientists behind the research as well as there findings.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

You should absolutely take this course. It was a fun class to take, and I understand that most people would not say a science class was fun but there was so much to learn and what was taught was applicable to everyday life.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I think the class is a great opportunity for anybody wishing to push themselves a little bit. The class is a great introduction, in my opinion, to college. We spend time on notes and labs but for the most part, everyone is responsible for knowing the content and sometimes teaching it to yourself. Our teacher gives us plenty of structured information that we'll need to know for the exams, but it's your own responsibility to be prepared. I feel that after this class, I'm more prepared for college.

    Course highlights:

Everything we have done so far in this course is learned most things we already knew about but in more depth. I've really enjoyed the interaction in the labs and the amount of participation that we are encouraged to engage in. I feel that notes are one thing but that our labs have done a great job enforcing the content.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Any advice that I would have regarding going into this course would be that they should be interested in the subject of biology before engaging in it just for the sake of taking an AP course for credit. The topic is very intriguing for me because I want to major in biochemistry in college but anybody not inclined towards that field might want to think twice about picking up the class, it may be tougher for them than it has been for me.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I really enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the other students in the class and the teacher. I enjoyed how interactive the class was and how much effort was needed to be put forth, it was a good sense of responsibility.

    Course highlights:

Not only did I learn a lot of biology content that I had not been introduced to yet, but I also learned new study skills and new assets of working in small lab groups. I learned how to hold myself responsible as well as learn how to work better with others.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice to give would be to prepare yourself and to know what you're signing up for. The content itself I wouldn't find impossibly challenging, but it's still a college course and there's still a very large work load to need to be prepared for, but it's 100% worth it in the end.
