    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it teaches you a lot about the human mind and how it operates. You learn about how the things and people around affect the way you think and act, and you also learn about the body and how it responds to the things around you.

    Course highlights:

I learned that there are many parts of the mind that control different body operations and systems. For example, the parasympathetic nervous system works to calm your body, while the sympathetic nervous system works to arouse it. Then there's also the central nervous system, which is the spine and brain, and those two things are two of the most important parts of the inner body.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are taking this course, it is very important that you actually pick up your textbook and study. I understand that it can be hard and boring, but the course is only easy if you put time into actually reviewing what you have learned.
