    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The class requires a lot of work, and if you aren't willing to do a decent amount of homework every night or memorize a lot of information, then you are unlikely to get a very good grade.

    Course highlights:

I felt like this was the first class that gave me a real feel for what a college class would be like. This class helped improve my studying habits, because otherwise I wouldn't have done well.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do all the homework, study your terms, and keep good notes.

    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class teaches interesting facts and historical events about U.S. history and important people that have contributed to the U.S. It teaches about the laws, government and advancement of the technology from how things evolved from hundreds of years ago.

    Course highlights:

Some highlights I enjoyed learning about the growth of National Economy, Women's Rights, and Discovery and Settlement of the New World.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Take this class seriously. It takes a great amount of time reading, but note taking can help you absorb the information quickly. Study important key topics as you learn.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to any high schooler for several reasons. My first reason, would be as a student you have to pass american history to graduate. Therefore, AP United states history is the best course because the course does not have to be split up into another school year, unlike american history. I also would recommend this course because it is beneficial to know the history of the country you reside in. I found out about alot of things that most people do not know and how america became what we know today.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course is the timeline of america. What I mean by that is the steps it took for america to be america. I learned about so many people and the value of being a leader. This course will honestly give you a new perspective of America.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The key to success in this class is to always study and stay refreshed on old notes. I also suggest to constantly quiz yourself and be aware of the dates of each event or it will become confusing. However, the main thing you have to do is study, study, study!
