    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

She is a tough professor, and there is a lot of material. She teaches you how to study and take tests though, which is a topic I will take away from her class forever.

    Course highlights:

I learned a great load of material throughout this course. Starting with the production of a zygote, and moving eventually into evolution. While learning biology, Dr. Terebelski also taught us important study and test taking tips.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Learn the topics as soon as she lectures about them, and listen to the tips she teaches about studying!

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course if you have a passion for science.

    Course highlights:

I think the most interesting that we learned in this class was evolution and ecology.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you purchase the book. His power points are mostly pictures so you have to pretty much rely on the book when it comes to reviewing for his tests. His tests aren't necessarily hard as long as you keep up with the concepts.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

She is an excellent teacher, but you really need to be sure that you are studying as you go and bringing questions to her as needed. Her quizzes may trip you up if you don't stay on top of the material.

    Course highlights:

The course will expand what you already know about biology. It takes that basis that you have and adds more information. For example, most people have some understanding of mitosis; this course will take what you know and go even more in depth.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to her office hours after quizzes and tests and look over the questions you missed. Go to the optional discussion section if you are struggling.
