She is a good teacher and respects her students. Gives students a chance for extra credit if they need it.
This class has a lot of information but it's broken down into sections. The history of crime, and why it rose, indeterminate to determinate sentencing, incarceration, and the different facts of offenders, evidence based corrections and the different empirical research as well as lack of research for different treatments for offenders, education, labor and vocational programs. Also different perspectives on rehabilitation and ways to reduces recidivism.

Just make sure you study. If you don't study, you won't pass as there is a lot of information. You will do good though if you go to class and take notes.
