Great Intro to the Subject
Many Small Assignments
Not too easy. Not too difficult.
A great course with an amazing instructor. The course covers all the major childhood psychological disorders while considering both the biological and environmental factors that influence their onset and lifespan. And when taking the course with Dr. Murphy you are presented with a unique behavioral perspective to these disorders and their treatments.
The course was composed of 14 weekly quizzes (which I greatly enjoyed and definitely prefer over taking tests), 2 presentations (an article presentation and an interview presentation), and a final. I thoroughly enjoyed the interview assignment, as I gained much insight into the life of a behavior analyst. Lastly, I learned much about the major childhood psychological disorders and their biological and environmental basis ( and their treatments).

Advice for students:
I would recommend that students break up the learning objectives for the chapters into two or more days. Most of the objectives contained around 30 questions, which done all at once can be exhausting. But if you break them up it is much easier to cover. Even though the objectives are not graded I definitely advise doing them each week as they prepare you well for the weekly quiz.
