    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Although I thought the subject to be interesting and the professor to be helpful when asked, it felt like the course was on autopilot most of the semester. As long as a few assignments get done every couple of weeks, you'll do great, until the finals come around and you've learned nothing.

    Course highlights:

The coursework was not overly hard and I did learn a lot about how the body breaks down the different types of nutrients. There are a few interesting chapters throughout this course but nothing good enough to prevent last minute cramming for the overweighed midterm and final.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Stick to the book! skim through a chapter a week, make brief notes, highlight, underline. The weekly quizzes are easy as pie.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course covered very interesting material that is applicable to everyday life. From required vitamins and minerals to eating disorders, a variety of information is discussed.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed learning the differences between certain eating disorders or the causes of certain diseases. I also found it interesting to learn more about the macro and micro nutrients our body needs to efficiently run and how they affect our body.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

As long as you study and pay attention in class, you will get an A! For the tests and quizzes you do have to know the material pretty well, but it is easy to retain if you take good notes in class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is very interesting! you must put the time and effort in order to get the A.

    Course highlights:

You will learn a great deal about the metabolism of the body and the different functions that body parts have. The material is very detailed but it is very interesting.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study the material as it goes! Make sure to prepare for exams about a week in advance. Remember the small details.
