    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because of the professor. Throw out any assumptions you might have about economics. Joab teaches with enthusiasm, incorporates videos, and creates fun interactive activities.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was the money game. It demonstrated that incentives matter. The benefits must outweigh the cost.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Succeeding in this course is simple, you must go to class and take good notes. Before the test, go to the review session, look over your notes, and you'll do great!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The professor was awesome and the class was extremely interesting.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about elastic and inelastic graphs, as well as price elasticity and how that affects everyday life on a smaller basis.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say the best thing to do to succeed in this class is to keep up with the work and go to his office hours with any questions as much as possible.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Joab is an amazing professor, probably the best teacher I've had in all of my education my entire life. He is extremely fun, entertaining, and still maintains focus while getting all his points across clearly and effectively. Extremely fun class.

    Course highlights:

Joab provided me with a more clear understanding of economics at the personal level. It helped me to understand how my personal attitudes toward saving or spending can affect a stock market and the economy as a whole.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it if you have the option to take it with Joab Corey, I promise you won't regret it. It was the best class I've taken so far at FSU and a very fun class at that.
