    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because of the professor. Throw out any assumptions you might have about economics. Joab teaches with enthusiasm, incorporates videos, and creates fun interactive activities.

The highlights of this course was the money game. It demonstrated that incentives matter. The benefits must outweigh the cost.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was great. Professor Calhoun was very knowledgeble, friendly, and willing to help each student in any way so that they may succeed.

    Course highlights:

This class taught me a baseline for microeconomics. I knew nothing going into this course, but learned a great deal. The greatest take away from this class was learning about opportunity cost. Since studying the value amongst alternative choices, I implement this in every day decisions. For example, I decide if I would rather spend my free hour in between classes studying, applying for scholarships, or walking around campus talking with friends. Time management is essential while in college because there are so many choices and this course greatly assisted in mastering this skill.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Attend class because he will give great tips and connections to real world examples. If you have to miss because you are sick, the online recordings are the same thing as class so you don't miss much. Do the optional credit because most if it takes less than 30 minutes and takes off some of the pressure from the final (since he allows you to earn some of the points for your final throughout the semester, definitely take advantage of this!)
