    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class to all incoming freshman! It is a great introduction to one of the best fields at FSU. The material is very interesting and my professor was great!

    Course highlights:

The course taught the different kinds of psychology, mental disorders, the biology of the brain, personality, sensation and perception, and many other topics. The hardest part of the class was memorizing all the different scientists who influenced each of the topics.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I recommend studying a few days before the exam, and then again the night before. It helped to read the book, especially if I had to miss class one day. However, going to class is very important because all the information that will be on the test is emphasized, and extra credit is given sometimes.

    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is a great introduction to Psychology! I started out the year as a exploratory major and this course played a big part in helping me make my decision to switch to a psychology major. Although the lectures themselves weren't that interesting, the course itself was.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were mainly just learning more about people and what makes us tick and behave the way we do.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest reading from the book and taking your own notes. The course power points accurately cover the material on the test, however, a supplementation of your own notes will really help you understand the material to the extent you would need in order to succeed in this class.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Ms. Rotolo didn't always keep everything straight. She would say something and it wouldn't match the book. Overall, confusing.

    Course highlights:

Tests are curved and learned the basics.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study and always recheck your answers.
