    | Would not recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is unnecessarily difficult for what it is. It will probably be extremely demanding and time-consuming.

    Course highlights:

You don't learn much, the course primarily serves to confuse and deter Pre-Health hopefuls.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to work, and get all your work started early in the week.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The course is very good for preparing students for meticulous lab reports and helps them develop good time management and organizational skills.

    Course highlights:

The course had interesting labs that used real science, I learned that lab reports can and will be harder than the lab itself.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Advice I would give is to go to your TAs, and never procrastinate because you will most certainly regret it.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

To those who don't require the lab for their major, it would not do much good for your GPA. The class requires a lot of work and is only worth 1 credit hour. The lab is also structured in such a way that it may prove difficult for those who have no experience writing lab reports.

    Course highlights:

The course challenges your ability to adapt quickly and your ability to think in terms of the science happening in the experiments. With weekly help from your TA and Dr. Dillon you could quickly learn to think like a scientist.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Maintain a constant line of connection with your TA and don't be afraid to talk to Dr. Dillon or with classmates about how to approach problems and how to correct them.
