    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Medical Terminology was not only a very interesting class, but it was also such a relevant and useful class for me! The course material and assignments really helped me to understand the different medical terms and conditions.

    Course highlights:

I think the textbook and online chapter assignments were some of the best parts of this course. It did an amazing job at highlighting important things and easy ways to remember things. I learned where word parts in long medical terms came from and how to break down long medical terms to understand the meaning of them. Now, I am taking harder classes like Anatomy, Microbiology, and intro level Nursing classes and I recognize so many terms in those classes because of Medical Terminology.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the readings in the textbook and the online homework assignments. I know they can be long, but trust me they are very helpful and will help your overall performance and grade in the course.

    Advice for students:

Make sure you get a good group for the case studies too. Don't buy the book!
