Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Woodyard is a successful, intelligent man who brings in real world real estate experience to the classroom. He sets clear expectations for the classroom and you as a student, and he wants you to succeed both inside and outside the classroom. He invites many speakers throughout the semester to come in and speak with the class who represent different parts of the real estate industry. There are three grades in the class - each of them are exams. There are chances for extra credit but not many. Study the material he goes over in class and read the study guide and you should do well. Attendance is mandatory. Great class, one of my favorites at FSU.

    Course highlights:

Highlights of this class include many prominent speakers coming in to speak with the class whom represent all different parts of the real estate industry.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely recommend to all students who are even remotely interested in sales, real estate, or business. Very interesting and informative class. The material you learn in this class you will use in real life.
