Pretty easy, overall.
In Exercise Science, we learn several things involving physiology, anatomy, and exercise prescription. But the fact of the matter is that psychology has a great contribution to people that exercise. It has a influence on whether they choose to exercise, continue to exercise, which form of exercise they prefer, and many more things.
The psychology was a wonderful new perspective of exercise science, but my favorite part was learning how to help clients adhere to exercise once they begin.
