Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was very laid back while also being challenging. Our instructor encouraged us to think critically and debate our opinions often. It was a relaxed and encouraging environment.

    Course highlights:

This course encouraged me to look at my writing in a new way. The drafting process for our papers was explained more thoroughly and actually took a lot of stress out of the equation. By having four or five drafts to write, I felt more relaxed while writing without feeling the need to be perfect all the time.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Students need to make sure they keep up with the reading assignments. I found that it was also important to listen to your professor's comments while writing your papers because their comments can help take your writing in a whole new direction that could ultimately lead to a better grade.
