Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because the subject itself is interesting but with having Rachel Wood as the professor, she makes the class feel more lively and grabs your attention to each myth.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the parts when the professor tried to make the course more understandable and engaging when she switched from PowerPoints to class discussions on the white board. I learned about the different cultures around the world and what was believed and how it is today.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Advice for students considering this course is that you have to do the readings before the class meets and be prepared for questions and maybe pop-quizzes based off of it.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I really enjoyed this class. Mr. Branscome has such a passion for what he is talking about which makes it even more interesting. He posted his notes online which was helpful and I would add to them throughout the lecture. I definitely recommend going to every class because ICAs play a big role in your grade.

    Course highlights:

I absolutely would recommend taking this class. My favorite topic to learn about was Zeus and Hercules. My favorite Disney movie is Hercules so I found it so interesting to learn about the actual myth. I also believe that if you work hard in this class it will pay off. I always felt confident when handing my tests or papers and my grades reflected the hard work I put into them.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I recommend going to every class. ICAs play a huge role and will make the difference between a B and an A. I also advise you to go Mr. Branscome's office hours. I struggled with a few of the stories for the final exam and went to his office hours with questions. He helped me so much by going over the story with me.
