Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend this course because you get to learn a ton about Economics while having a lot of fun. Mr Pierlott spends a lot of time making sure his students are engaged and understanding the lesson while also keeping it entertaining.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the moments where we all discussed topics that were confusing and worked together to help each other understand the material. I learned how help others and not be afraid to ask for help myself.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready for some outside thinking. Although the class doesn't have much of a workload, it can be confusing at times so make sure you really listen and ask questions in class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Pierlott is a fantastic teacher who make (sometimes dull) course matter interesting and fun.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the activities that Mr. Pierlott came up with to reflect the course material. While taking the AP Exam, I often remembered his little quirks and comments while performing these activities, and was able to accurately reproduce the material. His is a phenomenal teacher, and I definitely and thoroughly learned the basics of Micro and Macro Economics.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If the course gets tricky, a good resource to use is ACDC Econ, which is a youtube channel that reviews the material.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Pierlott is a fantastic teacher, that understands the demands of a college-level Economics course. He also tries different ways to make sure that all students are relatively close to one another in terms of understanding the material.

    Course highlights:

Supply and Demand, as well as other Microeconomic related subjects

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed one should meet with friends or classmates outside of school to study, also if falling behind, find Mr. Pierlott immediately, as the class builds on previous units.
