Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend taking this course! Practicing and expanding my vocabulary definitely played a key role in the progress made throughout this course. The seminars, books read, and poem analyzing truly expanded my knowledge.

    Course highlights:

This course helped me gain a stronger understanding on the proper format of writing essays, which were prompt to us each week. I always was interested in writing but felt I never got the chance to fully express my writing abilities until I began this class. With the help from not only the teachers around, but the other AP students, provided me with additional peer review from different perspectives.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Completing your homework is almost a must during this course. If you catch yourself falling behind or fail to complete the homework assignments, it is difficult to keep up in class. Expectations are high for this AP class, and the teachers trust you to be working outside of the classroom as well.
