Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is a great class that challenges you to dig deeper in your writing.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were reciting to be or not to be, food projects, and reading books to elementary children.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Step out of your comfort zone and let yourself have fun with the assignments

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

AP Lang is a course that every student should take. Not only is it fun, but it's practical. While I love fiction, not many people spend their entire lives analyzing it. However media is fairly inescapable these days, and it's important to understand underlying arguments.

    Course highlights:

Developing my own argumentative writing skills was my favorite part of the year. The group work was very helpful (and I usually hate group work). Getting into groups, and hearing ideas I hadn't thought of before really helped me to expand my perspective when writing.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up on your journal, because it really does help you grow as a writer. Do your vocabulary as well, because knowing literary devices will help you a lot on the exam!

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I didn't feel like I learned anything from this class. I didn't learn any techniques to identify rhetorical analysis.

    Course highlights:

I learned what rhetoric was and how it contributes to everyday life

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Ask questions on anything that you're confused about
