Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would really recommend this course because its a really fun and interesting class. You will be able to explore a lot of different places music has gone over the course of the last one-hundred years.

    Course highlights:

I gained a lot from this course; I was able to discover new ideas and concepts used in older genre, and I found I was able to apply those to my own writing. Also, I liked learning about how these genres developed and progressed from their roots into their popularity. Lastly, I found I started listen to and enjoy a lot of that older music. I found the simplicity of some of those genres makes them stand out.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this class, I'd say you would need to really put a lot of effort and focus into it. I found that there were moments in the class where I felt I wasn't doing as well, or just making it by, but when I really buckled own, put all of my time and energy available, and just went for it, I found I was a lot more comfortable with the class and my understanding of the material.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it teaches how to implement collaborative learning in any environment may it be personal or professional.

    Course highlights:

I learned about sharing my ideas with my peers and how to communicate efficiently to get my point across and to allow my peers to help build upon my idea.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend that the future students understand before hand how essential collaboration is and how important it is to work efficiently with others and once that is established you can even learn new concepts at a faster rate simply by collaborative learning. This was all expressed through the history of music and how artists and producers have succeeded before our time by working with other artists and producers.
