    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you are going into web development this will be a great course to establish a foundation in programming. The language studied here is C# which will tie into JavaScript down the road. JavaScript is the primary Web Design code. Dan is a great instructor. He is very hands on as far as online instruction goes. Great course.

    Course highlights:

I think the highlight of the course is learning to write objects that a user can interact with. Also, Dan is the man.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not hesitate to ask the instructor for help. I needed it, and he was always there for me. As far as the coursework goes you will need to make multiple "calculation apps" for lack of a better word. I would choose topics that are relevant to your life at the moment. That way you can ensure some interest in what you are programming for.
