Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

To be honest, this was the BEST psychology class that I've ever taken! It was literally about the psychology of play time! For me, at first, I was skeptical about what could be taught to an adult about playtime. After taking this class, I realized when my peak performance hours were, how to incorporate "recess" into my daily life, and still have effective time management!

    Course highlights:

My highlights of this course were using my balance wheel and seeing what areas of my life I paid attention to and the areas that I did not. With this knowledge, I was able to leave out of the class with a fairly balanced life and things have been so much better for me!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you 're taking this course, be proactive! Don't wait until the last minute to get work done. Talk to the professor and stay on top of your work. The professors here at Full Sail are pretty easy to talk to and they truly do have your best in mind!
