    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it to those students that have a very good understanding of Algebra 1, and can learn at a very quick pace. This course is typically taught at 1 lesson per day. If you tend to learn a little slower than others, you may want to consider enrollling in Algebra 1A, & 2B, which is taught at half the speed Honors Algebra 2 is. Overall, if you catch on quickly and love math, Honors Algebra 2 is the class for you!

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course is going quickly. I personally prefer to be taught quicker, instead of staying on one section for a period of time. I learned how to stay organized from this class, and I learned to ask in class. The class goes so fast, that you have to ask in class or wait until review day of that section, so asking in class is a major key.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You should stay organized in this class. Keep a binder, with a section for notes, a section for tests, and a section for graded papers. To study, go to your online textbook and look at the questions in the book. Completing practice questions was (in my personal experience) the best way to study.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking this course because it is a good preparation course for your next step in math in almost any case.

    Course highlights:

In this course there was a good amount of time spent covering the material without it being too much or too little. At a good pace we learned graphing of equations and many other concepts of algebra two.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to commit to doing homework and get ready to learn new material.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course because Mr.Morgan knows what he is talking about and he is a very interesting teacher. He knows how to keep the students focused and that is a great quality to have as a teacher.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was walking in everyday and reading his Pun of the Day. I learned more in this class than I have ever learned in a math class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do your homework. This class is based on how well you understand something and when you go home and do your homework, you will be able to tell if you understand it or not. If you do not understand something, ask Mr.Morgan about it the next day and he will help you. Always ask questions.
