Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Desmond teaches his students how to not just analyze a piece of work but how to relate it to your own personal experiences.

    Course highlights:

I gained knowledge of literary elements that each author/playwright specified in and how stage directions effect how each moment in a scene is portrayed to the audience/reader.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take this course if you love reading literature/plays. Desmond does a very good job explaining each novel/play we get to read in class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it helped me appreciate literature and the English language and truly find a love for a "classic" novel.

    Course highlights:

From taking this course I learned many life lessons from the wonderful novels we read in class. Also, my teacher I learned very valuable life lessons and keys to success in college and the future.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In this course you need to be organized and always take notes. Never put your pen down because you never know what great idea a fellow classmate might bring up in a class discussion. Time management is key as well. You always want to put your best effort in your work so take your time writing it.
