    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I loved this course! There were so many things that I learned from this course that I was completely unaware of. It is crazy to see the different effects of good and poor nutrition. I have been interested in and researched a great deal of information about nutrition, but this class really breaks it down for you and helps you to understand how things really work.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was the project we did on researching a different cultures food. It was very interesting to see how nutrition differs around the world and the different types of food they enjoy that we would never even think about eating.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go into this course with a willingness to learn, as you should with all courses. Do the work that your professor asks, do not procrastinate, and be excited about the class. Stick to these easy guidelines, and you will have no problem getting an 'A' in this course.
