    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Personally, the teacher I had made all the difference and truly taught the lessons in an easy, understanding way.

    Course highlights:

I learned not only more algebra but also how to take notes well and format them to study from later on. The math I learned in this class was on the ACT so I was prepared for those questions.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to pay attention in the class, do your homework and stay on top of your grades. If you get a bad test grade, talking to your teacher about what you can do to improve helps majorly.

Mr. Reisenberg is an incredible teacher. This is the first math class I've enjoyed since the third grade.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your homework. He doesn't assign it unless its necessary.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend people to take this math course. Although it is a challenging class, I was able to learn a lot from it. People can use statistics in everyday life and is used to understand how the economy and businesses work.

    Course highlights:

My teacher made us do problems with calculations on how much money it would take for a person to lose money in gambling, how much error there is when a chip company under fills its products, and how surveys can be biased. It was interesting how I was able to use math calculations into everyday life situations.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say to never slack off; be always on top of it. Although there are a lot of formulas and concepts to learn, you should not be intimidated by it. Make sure you read the book and go online to watch presentations on lessons. It's really fun and interesting!
