Not too easy. Not too difficult.

Mr. Primiano makes the course very entertaining and makes sure you thoroughly understand the material

    Course highlights:

I learned the names of the elements on the periodic table and was very prepared for AP Chemistry

    Hours per week:

    Advice for students:

Learn to study in this class. Develop good habits and review the material covered in class every night

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

She was a great teacher, and kept the class very interesting. It became my favortie clss during that semster.

    Course highlights:

I learned everything about the body in a fun and not difficult way. Her notes and lessons were easy to understand and very well written and spoken. I found it fascinating how after that class in learned, in depth, about every body system of the human body.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you study at least once a night. You might think you can memorize the diagram or chart but it's so much information to handle at once. Mrs. Mercer will see the best in you and will go out of her way to make sure you do that for yourself, she wont be easy on you as her studebt.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to people planning to major in the medical field. Is the class hard? Yes. It goes into detail on the body. I had to learn the origin, insertion, and actions for most of the muscles in the body. It was tough but helped me to better understand the body.

    Course highlights:

I have a better understanding on how the human body works. The human body is so intricate and detailed. I now know the structure of the body, and why it is so important to be careful when performing certain tasks.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Write down the body part and what it does three times in a row. Once that is done, say it to yourself three times. For example, I made flash cards for the origins, insertions, and actions of muscles. On a separate piece of paper I would write "Vastus Lateralis - Origin: Femur Insertion: Tibia Action: Extend knee," three times, and then say it to myself three times. I then put the flashcard in the pile of cards I had already done that to and move on to the next.
