    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend it as his teaching skills did not line up with how I learn. He was very difficult to get along with and he was rude and snarky to people who asked for help.

    Course highlights:

Nothing really as he wasn't very friendly. I was always insulted by him and he made me feel stupid and made me question my writing skills.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it with a different teacher. Don't make the same mistake I did and choose a different teacher and only then you might have a better time.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is an English course that all students are required to take in college as a pre-Rec for any degree. I would have never properly known how to analyze and decrypt the English language and literature or in philosophy if it were not for this class. I do believe that everybody struggles with understanding the English language but this class broke it down for me word by word and sentence by sentence to truly find an illusion or a metaphor and any word or any quote. It really help me think and appreciate reading a lot more than I did before.

    Course highlights:

I think my gratis highlights from this class was being able to read my first paper versus my last paper of the semester. I could see and read and hear how I grew in my writing. My premedical technique has been improved by 100% and I feel a lot more confident in my writing then I have ever before.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Always take notes when your professor is teaching you any type of grammatical technique. I think it is important that you always to now everything except for the professor and really focus on what they're saying. And always read the book!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Awesome class! The class discussions are always funny, interesting, and engaging. You will learn something new every single day and love it.

    Course highlights:

I gained more than just better writing skills. I gained social skills and even took some history facts with me. This class was very informative and you will leave a much better writer.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just read, that is all. If you keep up with the reading and know the topic of that days class, everything will be smooth.
