    Course Overview:

    Awesome Nutrition class, I learned a ton and it was a simply outlined course to follow.

    Course highlights:

    That vitamins aren't necessary if you get all of your nutrients from food! I had no idea. I always we needed vitamin supplements.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    Keep up with the course, do the homework as you go, don't wait till it's due midterm.

    Great course!Very knowledgeable professor who cares about student input and values their opinions.

    Course highlights:

    I enjoyed learning every concept of human nutrition. Each unit breaks down the different variables in ways that are easy to understand.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    The professor is very passionate on educating you about nutrition and living a healthy life style! She encourages you to go out and learn about it when you do you shopping and she explains the diseases associated with how we eat. It's a great class to inform you on how food effects your body!

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to tell what is the most ingredient just by looking at the food label. I learned the different diseases that kill millions of American each day. I learned what the number one product that is being consumed by us. There is just so much to learn in this nutrition class that's it blows your mind!

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Follow the PowerPoint and listen during lecture. The quizzes and exams come from the PowerPoint and reviews she does.
