    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    Even if you find yourself struggling in this class, you will learn skills and strategies for studying and comprehensive learning that will last you the rest of your academic career. If you aren't confident in your chemistry skills, this class might still be worth a shot. You will see yourself improve no matter what.

    Course highlights:

    In this course I learned how to become a better studier and how to work independently with the material. A lot of valuable skills in the lab that can be taken to college courses are also a big take away from the class.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Reinvent the way you study. Adjust the way you learn with the material, an you will survive. Be consistent and be repetitive with the material. Always go back and refresh yourself of past lessons.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course because it is very informative and a good preparation for college and other AP classes.

    Course highlights:

    Though I evidently learned a lot about chemistry in order to take the AP exam, I also really learned how to study, which is an important skill.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    I would definitely recommend studying every night, even if only for 15 minutes. It's important not to get behind in this class.

    You learn a lot for work ethic and how to study correctly.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    You need to do at least 30 minutes every night. The course is very hard.
