    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I enjoyed the books that we read in this class, along with the engaging class discussions. Usually, you're in an English class, and students aren't really interested in the subject or recommended reading list. However, Ms. Talleda has a way of incorporating life experiences into every class discussion.

    Course highlights:

I learned to write comprehensive, college-style essays, which both answers questions, and creates dialogue. I'm happy I took this class because she demonstrated life in a college classroom

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Because this is an Honors course, be ready to write, write, write! Allow yourself at least an hour per night for reading prompts with essay answers.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this class. The teacher is a genius, teaches like an actual college professor. I've learned so much more in this class than in any other history class.

    Course highlights:

In other history classes, you learn the basics in history, but with Mr. Meade you go in depth when learning a lesson.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Study!!! Do your terms when you have time every single day. DO NOT leave them until last minute unless you're willing to stay up all night working on them.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course for a solid understanding of US History.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to be serious about studying and staying on task.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed, you must do the homework seriously and make sure you understand it, not just complete it.
