    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Physics is a very interesting subject. It can definitely be challenging but it will amaze you at times. It truly shows how the world around us works. In this class you can actually learn how to analyze the everyday world around us. It involves a lot of equations and algebra 1 so if you are a student who has a interest in math and science I highly recommend this course!

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was when we learned about energy. During this unit I learned all about the different types of energy like Gravitational, kinetic and potential energies. I thought it was interesting that objects still would have energy in moments that seemed opposite. I also learned how to calculate the different types of energy which I am very proud of.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To pass this class I would recommend studying by doing practice problems. If you are not that good at math like me, try and stay after school if you can for extra help and strengthen your math skills. Reading a physics book did not help me personally. It is not like other sciences where you just need to memorize vocabulary its much more hands on and there is a lot of problem solving.

    | Would not recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The teacher did a very poor job of explaining the material as well as handing out too many irrelevant articles and notes.

    Course highlights:

Newton's laws, the Doppler effect and how both relate to the real world

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

study extra hard before a test and make sure you have a study buddy
