    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The Italian language is absolutely beautiful and within this course students have the ability understand new vocabulary and learn to write sentences grammatically correct. I was able to improve my reading, writing, and speaking skills through complex assignments. By the end of the course I was also able to hold meaningful conversations with my peers in Italian.

    Course highlights:

I found it amazing that I could understand Italian when being spoken to and I could give a response as well. I also loved the projects the teacher assigned especially, when they dealt with real-life situations and the exploration of the Italian culture versus the American culture. This course prepared me for Italian III because I learned to push past self imposed boundaries, immerse myself in the language, and cultivate a sense of global awareness.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

For any student interested in Italian II, I strongly recommend reviewing and rewriting notes, asking questions during lessons, meeting with your teacher for extra help if clarification is needed, and giving yourself enough time in advance to study.
