Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to anybody who enjoys learning about the human body or anything that relates to that specific type of sciences. It is an amazing class and Truax was one of my favorite teachers I've ever had the opportunity to learn from. This class had me excited to go back the next day and the time just seemed the fly by.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course for me had to be the fetal pig dissection. He developed the information needed to be known easy to follow and made them easy to understand. It was something i was unable to say i had done before and it expanded my knowledge immensely. I learned many new body systems and the specific items that make up each system .

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeedin this course individuals want to for sure study and listen to Truax and what he is lecturing about that day. He does an amazing job making his lectures easy to follow and not too boring student just need to be sure to focus and listen.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

In this class I learned about all 14 body systems. We took a deeper look at how all the systems function and work with the other as well as how those systems affect the human body.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course are all of the extremely cool labs I got to do. At the end of the year, we got to dissect a fetal pig, a goat heart, a sheep's eyeball, and a pigs embryonic sack.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely keep all the study guides that are handed out throughout the year. Pay very good attention to all the lectures as they go over the most important information about the topic. Most importantly participate in labs.
