Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Ms. DeWitt is a delightful teacher, who diligently provides for and guides her students. She keeps class fun and interesting while still having you do rigorous AP level work, such as essays, timed writes, and difficult multiple choice. It can be tough, but the results and feelings of accomplishment are very rewarding!

    Course highlights:

I think the biggest takeaway from this course is how to write eloquently in a constrained time period. I learn how to better express myself through writing, and feel as though I have a better grip on the English language.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

It will help you a lot if you like English, because I know not everyone does. It will also help if you enjoy reading and writing, because you will do a lot of the latter. Go in with an open mind, and while those stress inducing and repetitive timed writes and essays may seem like a waste of your time now, believe me, thy pay off when you reach the AP English Language exam!
