    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you're willing to do the work and push yourself I recomend this class otherwise I would say you're better off without. This class was not made for slacking off but instead made for those willing to work hard and as one of the hardest classes at Gretna it looks good on a college transcript.

    Course highlights:

I learned a ton about Greek mythology and history as well as how to cook a few Greek dishes and great study habits for college. As the hardest class at Gretna this one will prepare you the most for college.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Study study study and read ALL the material. ALL of it then spark notes it and take TONS OF NOTES! You'll thank yourself later and reread as much as you can as well as ask questions!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course taught me very much about the English language. I understood grammar at a new level. It showed me how to prepare for college, how to take notes, and study.

    Course highlights:

From this course I learned much about Greek mythology, which is interesting to many people. I discovered more about the ancient Greek culture and their beliefs of the gods above. I also learned the history of many writers and the time periods they lived in along with their works.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Always take notes! This class will push you to your limits and hopefully you will not let it overcome you. Always read what is assigned and never think a good grade will come from doing just the minimum.
