    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I do recommend this class only because if you are not very good at math like myself, this is a good class to take in order to know the basics for Calculus.

    Course highlights:

I learned that if you just do the work in the class, that you will pass. Homework is extremely important to complete because it will be majority of the grade.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

What you need to succeed is a good study partner and to have you homework turned in on time. Study before any tests and you should know how to use a calculator because it will facilitate the assignments.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I'm not usually good at math but this class helped me improve my math skills a great deal. I went from barely passing the final with the curve to getting a 95 on the AP calc final!

    Course highlights:

The note taking was the best. It was set up like a visual learners dream, we drew pictures to help better understand what was happening, we had notebook check that were counted as a grade so it was impossible not to stay on top of each subject.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Please! Take notes! Draw pictures! Most importantly, put in the extra time to ask your teacher questions or find solutions online that better suit the way you learn. Study A LOT. do practice problem after practice problem until the hardest problem you've ever faced is like common knowledge to you. And definitely don't miss the opportunity to snag some extra credit! Stay consistent, have a study routine and you will get by just fine.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I think everyone should take higher level math courses in Highschool because for those who think you may not use the information this class will definitely teach you why we need this in our lives today.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot. The vast majority of formulas taught in this course are the basics of a student doing their taxes on a spreadsheet.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

How do you eat an elephant? One piece at a time and know that when the going gets rough take a seat back and breathe because you aren't the only one going through it.
