    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This was a fascinating course that helped examine the world through a massive lens, helping me to see how each action ties into another's situation and decision. It helped me understand our state of the world today, and why people act the way they do.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course were likely examining the history of each country under a fine lens, and then zooming outwards to see that their history matched that of their neighbors. Historical events and characters weaved together like the threads of an elaborate tapestry, making it dizzying yet exhilarating to try and understand everything that has happened in the times before you came into existence.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

This course has a lot of content, which could be considered the most difficult part of the class. In reality, however, the most difficult part is finding an interest in each portion; so long as you can garner even a scrap of interest in what you are learning about, the class becomes less monotonous and more intriguing. Everything's connected, you just sit back far enough to see how each string ties into the other.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The course is challenging, but Mr. Fevola provides enough guidance and instruction to make any and all of the material understandable for any student. Just make sure to write down things you don't understand and ask him about it in class.

    Course highlights:

Beyond the material I learned in the course, this course gave me the ability to work for long hours, and concentrate on long texts while digesting all of the information.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Frequently ask questions in class, write down facts that come up in class, and read through every chapter in the textbook thoroughly as it's assigned.
