    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I learned how to compose essays for the AP test and for my future in college.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to write essays thoroughly and in detail. I also learned how to write essays in a group for a year long project. This essay was hard to write with three authors and make it flow to sound like one person wrote it but we all ended up loving the final draft and the rest of our project.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be engaged in and outside of class. Be sure to participate and ask questions when you don/t understand something. Make sure you always are caught up with the reading material.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

One of the main reasons I enjoyed this course so much was my teacher. His classroom and the way he talked to my classmates and I created a sense of openess or belonging. In that room, we were free to discuss our opinions or our inquiries on certain literature without feeling judged or stupid. We grew together in that classroom and I thank my teacher for making it one class I thoroughly enjoyed going to.

    Course highlights:

Not only did this course help with various writing skills, but it also helped me grow as an individual. We explored topics not just about English but life as a whole, on a a phylisophical level. This lessons helped me learn to live a better lifestyle, and focus on the important things.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Have a positive attitude about learning, no matter what the topic. Put effort into everything you do in that class, and don't be afraid to speak your mind.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I am mixed on taking this course because it is a difficult class though the class is very beneficial for writing styles and grammar techniques.

    Course highlights:

I learned the proper grammar needed for specific sentence type: creating more credibility.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study words every day and learn properly how to use grammar. Also be aware of techniques while writing. Be aware of the words that are being written.
