Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because Mr. Busch is a great teacher and you truly learn so much in his class. He is very dedicated to the subject and he is one of the best teacher's I have had at Lake Norman.

    Course highlights:

I think the highlights of this course were really learning all the things about this history of the United States. I also thought the class was really interesting.

    Hours per week:

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is really easy to jump into because it is information that we've been taught since elementary school. However, the curriculum goes deeper into analysis of history, giving you a better understanding of why certain decisions were made and how.

    Course highlights:

From taking this course I gained a better understanding of how the foundations of our government were created and how they have continued and changed over time.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Take your time and keep up with the work load. Not everything is mandatory but it is wise to take advantage of every opportunity offered.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would take this course because it is interesting to learn about the origin and development of the country that many of us live in. Also, the teachers are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they teach.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were learning about all of the presidents and their accomplishment/ failures. Also, it was interesting to see how the country began unified but slowly developed a divide that would cultivate into our modern political parties.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not fall behind at any point. Make sure you keep up with your work because you will be learning something new every day, and you will almost always have some form of homework. In addition, organize the information you have learned so that important terms and evidence are kept together to be used on exams and essays.
