Pretty easy, overall.
I recommend this class if you are going into a career of automotives. I say this because you mostly get into speed and velocity and you'll obtain a good idea of how force and motion works.
Your teacher will touch on non-living objects and their physical connection. You'll learn things thats seem like they should be common knowledge i.e. Newton's Law of motion. If you remember his three laws it's a good chance will be a breeze for you.

Advice for students:
If you are considering this course I recommend that you go over Newton's Law of motion which are 1. An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion unless acted upon by an unbalanced force. 2. F=M X A 3. For every force there is an equal and opposite force. If you know this before hand you could easily pass. Also, be good at algebra because thats basically what this whole class uses.
