    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    You get learn about your body, and the way certain foods, nutrients, vitamins, and minerals effects your body. Health conditions from family members can be changed by the way we eat and you can learn how to prevent all of those.

    Course highlights:

    Looking into my diet and seeing how the way I eat could effect me in the future. Learning about vitamins and minerals and what they do for our body or what the deficiencies and toxicities can do to our body.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Don't slack off and put your assignments behind you. Be open-minded and ready to learn about how your body functions with the food we consume. Go to class, because if you miss a day it could really put you behind.

    Course Overview:

    She is a great Chef and professor, she is very thorough with the work and what she expects from you. She makes you work hard and at the same time helps you to learn the material.

    Course highlights:

    I learned a lot about nutrients and how they can help or damage your body. I learned what proper eating really is and how to make it possible.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Always read before class. She likes pop quizzes. And make sure to not slack stay on top of your work.

    Course Overview:

    The class is great for learning more about the correct intake on a daily basic of what is healthy to eat. I felt as if she really care about teaching the class. She was really into getting people to becoming a vegan.

    Course highlights:

    When we had to do a project on what we eat on the weekend. We had to write it down and make sure we didn't cheat. This project really helped me look at how i was eating and the way i was going to change my eating habits for the better. Any questions you had on nutrition she answer without a problem.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Make sure you study for her test they pretty hard if you dont open that book. Get the book and make sure you read, make flash cards and study hard for her test. Do get pretest on the chapters when i was taking the course so i suggest reading the chapter before class.
