    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course was very interesting, if your interested in cooking and learning from the best then i would recommend this course and this school. Now this school is tuff, these teachers want a 100%, if u can give them that then do it.

    Course highlights:

This course was interesting in the way what the teacher taught you. Now this all depends on the teacher you have, all teachers are different and want it in a specific way. if you don't do it the way they want you to do it and you still did it good, they will get very upset.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

What I can give for advice is that, do everything that the teacher tells you to do, even tho hes to stubborn and hard headed, he still knows more then you, hes the one that grades you,and its his kitchen.
