    Course Overview:

    The Chef have many years in experience in the culinary industry, so its super interesting the class because he discuss with students many commun cases and problems that chefs or front of the house managers will encounter.

    Course highlights:

    I learned the propper way to prepare a fine dinning table for the guests, how to take orders correctly, manners that the servers should possess and most important how to give an excellent customer service that is the key to succes in many business.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Don't miss a class day, be always on time, be polite, participate in class, dont be shy and ask questions if you dont know or understand, and always review blackboard power points of the course. It is also very important you do a good final paper, take your time, think and do a little research first.
