Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course to students interested in Spanish. I believe that Spanish 3 is truly the time when Spanish begins to challenge even those students who excel in Spanish, and begin to push each student to embrace not only the language but the culture. This is when the language comes together and it is so exciting to start to see the fluency of Spanish in students.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course had to be how exciting it was to finally feel a sense of accomplishment in Spanish. Students begin to have full length conversations and gain confidence in their speaking abilities. Mrs. Billups is an excellent teacher and wants to help students achieve their goals.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Although this course was fun and exciting, it was challenging therefore studying is key. Students should complete their homework and dedicate time each night to reviewing. Students should come to class prepared so that they can get the most out of the lessons and ask questions.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

You learn a lot in this course! While it may be hard, if you put in the work and effort you will get a lot out of this course!

    Course highlights:

Learning how to not only read and write, but also learning to speak Spanish. I enjoyed being forced to only speak the language during class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

STUDY! If you do not put in effort outside of class to study the vocabulary and practice speaking it then it is very difficult to do well in the class.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking Spanish III because it will further your knowledge of not only the Spanish language, but also the Spanish culture. Also, Mrs. Billups is a wonderful teacher who is always there to help when you're struggling or have a question.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course for me was a project that we did in the second semester where we designed our own authentic Spanish restaurant with authentic Spanish food and made a dish for the class. We learned about the country's culture, history, and cuisine.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend that students study hard in this class because as long as you study the class is very rewarding. Also, if you need extra help do not hesitate to ask because it is easy to get behind so it is better to stay caught up.
