This class was tough.
It is a very rigorous class with college-level lectures and expectations. The material covered is substantial and important to be known by students, as it mostly focuses on the destruction of of our habitat and home, Earth.
I have gained knowledge of how vehemently humans treat the Earth. We fill landfills with our waste, a large amount of which is not biodegradable and some of which that are even hazardous wastes. These landfills must then be monitored for THIRTY years to make sure that hazardous material does not leak into the environment. Pollution in general is a problem that humans not only face, but create. Being informed on the topic is one step closer to decreasing the issue.

Advice for students:
You must be attentive during labs and tests, as there are many phrases and key words that the teacher will be looking for. Learn what phrasing and what key concepts the teacher wants to see in your work and use them. Taking thorough notes will aid in your success in the class as well.
