    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The way the teacher taught us the content was very new and very helpful. Writing was a main part of the class along with analysis and annotation of various texts. This class made me a better writer and a better debater, with its socratic seminars and debates.

    Course highlights:

The class socratic seminars, the debates, and the timed writings were the highlights of the class. I have learned so much more about writing by just taking the class, and the daily essays and paper we were to write help built my writing skills.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to be willing to read and analyze text properly, and be willing to write, write, and write.
