    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It's a great course that serves as a wonderful intro to mental disorders

    Course highlights:

The course provided a great base to psychology, which comes in handy when you go on to take real psych courses

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it. It's honestly so worth it, even if you don't want to go into Psych

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would completely recommend for others to take this course because everyone is free to say their opinions and be themselves. The teacher herself creates an extremely welcoming environment. This course was great because it connected he classroom to current events, and expand on beliefs and ideas.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course included the trust exercise which consisted of a student being blind folded and lead down the hallway by another student only by voice instruction, not by touching. Another highlight of this course was when each student got an envelope and every person in the class had to write a nice, uplifting note and place it into every person's envelope.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise students taking this course to not worry about whether or not they know anyone in the class, because they're sure to make new friends. I'd also tell students that they shouldn't be self conscious, and they shouldn't be timid while trying to expressing themselves.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Although you do not learn much in the course, it is a class where you can open up about your feelings and really get to know about yourself and your classmates. Educationally it is not the best, and the expectations are very low.

    Course highlights:

I learned about accepting myself, and the warning signs to certain disorders in brief.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the work recommended and come to class when you are in school. The final and the journals are all that is graded.
