Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

College Composition was an amazing experience. Though there was a lot of writing and research, it was a class well worth taking. I have earned my college credit, and I have gained so much experience and knowledge through this program.

    Course highlights:

I learned about different types of essays such as process essays and extended definition essays. I will never forget how much I learned about citations and formatting that I hadn't learned in any other class prior. They were important skills that I will need for college.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared for a lot of writing, peer editing, and research. But though it may be intimidating, it's completely worth it to take the course.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class was a lot of fun. I was hesitant at first on enrolling, as I was a junior at the time and didn't really feel like I had the skills required for it. I recommend this course to anyone interested in going to college, even if you're not going in for a writing specific major. The level of improvement I saw-not just in my own writing but in my friends - was amazing.

    Course highlights:

I know everyone was falling asleep during the slideshows, but I honestly found them to be the most helpful way to get the information. It was far better than going through a book and taking the notes on our own and it allowed us to get into the actual writing faster.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do Not Procrastinate. Seriously. Do your outlines, don't skip steps, even if you think you are a master writing and could turn out a quality piece in a few hours. You can choose any topic you want as long as it relates to the type of essay that is assigned, choose something that will be fun for you to research.
