Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because not only does it enhance an individuals grammar but it improves their writing capability. By advancing an individual's writing, they will be able to not only sound more educated, but they will be able to express themselves through their own writing.

I have learned how to improve my writing, which will further my success for the future. This will help me advance in college, as well as in my educational career. Also, focusing on grammar has allowed me to incorporate it within my writing, sounding more educated and allowing my to express myself through words.

    This class was tough.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It helps you learn and understand parts of speech, writing papers and is overall a commonly taken course. At my high school it is required to take 4 years of English and should be required, it helps you learn poetry, free writing and many styles of reading and writing.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to become and effective reader and truly annotate parts of a book, writing exerpt or a poem. I also learned how to identify diction, syntax and all of the poetic devices.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read your textbook so that you understand the materials and most importantly pay attention and take plenty of notes. This is more of a lecture style class so you should be taking plenty of notes and realzing maybe what's important and what you don't know versus what isn't so important and what you don't know.
